Ted and Wanda Rogers developed their Annandale retirement dream home in phases working closely with remodeler David Foster, who shelled-in a suite above the garage several years ago in anticipation its future use as Wanda’s quilting studio. Now with her own full retirement looming, Wanda took action– a process which turned out to be surprisingly easy and economical.
