A craftsman-style bungalow in Arlington’s Bluemont neighborhood caught the attention of Melanie Domres, an MBA, with a background in appraising residential real estate. The question for Domres was: could the property be profitably renovated given today’s tricky re-sale market ? Working closely with Sherry Wohn, a designer at Abbey Design Center, Domres decided to find out.
